AI agents are no longer experimental. The liability exposure this creates is categorically different from traditional AI tool usage — and no existing insurance product was designed for it. Axiom is building the first purpose-built audit and insurance framework for enterprise AI agent deployments, covering the autonomous decision-making failures, accountability gaps, and third-party harms that agentic AI introduces. Our methodology draws on Axiom's litigation data engine and governance monitoring infrastructure, extended specifically to assess and insure the unique risk profile of autonomous agent systems.
